Your AI has access to your data. Does it understand it?

Last week, at the Women in AI conference with JP Morgan, we asked: how do you know if an LLM is actually reflecting your business accurately? Today, we’re giving you a way to see for yourself.

Until now, Riley has done a lot of the work of understanding your business behind the scenes — figuring out what your data means, how it connects, and how your customers behave.

Now, that context is visible, controllable, and ready to power any AI or agent you connect to Riley.

See what your AI knows about your business

Your business doesn’t stand still, and neither should the context your AI relies on.

As your data changes, Riley continuously detects schema drift, new relationships, and changes in how your business is represented, then updates the context layer your AI and agents rely on. Now, you can see that happening.

Tables shows Riley’s current understanding of your business: what fields mean, how tables relate, and how metrics are defined. Inspect that context, verify relationships, and edit definitions when you want to add your own business knowledge.

Sync Activity shows how that understanding changes over time — what data came in, what changed, and how Riley updated your context in response. With a year of history, you can trace changes and catch stale or broken context before it reaches an AI answer.

Personas: living segments you can talk to

Traditional personas are snapshots. Riley Personas evolve as your customers and market change.

Riley discovers segments directly from your business data and continuously updates the characteristics that define them. Update them to reflect your unique preferences, then connect Riley to Claude and talk to them.

Test messaging, simulate how a segment might react to a new product, and accurately understand what matters most to your most valuable customers.

Giving AI access to your data is easy. Giving it a living understanding of your business — and knowing exactly what it understands — is what Riley is built for.
