Wow! January was an exciting month.
We launched Riley publicly and added many new members to our community.
Read our story here and find us in the news.
👀 We also launched a number of new features - login to try them today:
Refine Insights
After analyzing your results with Riley, you can now refine them further by adding your own guidance!
For example, I use Riley to help prioritize insights for Riley. While I’m happy with Riley’s initial analysis of my data, I wanted to focus more on UI improvements. All I had to do was type, “I’d like the insights to focus more on UI,” and voilà ✨
Riley generated an updated analysis!
We also save all your version histories in one place.
Try it out and let us know your feedback!
Survey Analysis
We continue to enhance our survey analysis capabilities, now supporting segmentation to uncover key insights by user segments.
For example, in just a few minutes, I discovered that the manufacturing industry is particularly excited to try Riley.
To analyze a survey on Riley, upload your raw survey data when creating a project. Riley works best with unprocessed data, so be sure to upload it in its raw form.
Onboarding Tour
We notice that you're all beginning to add other team members on your same Riley account, so we added an onboarding tour - to help everyone learn how to use Riley very quickly.
