Nov Release - 2024 - Customer Impact


A highly requested feature from our community has been the ability for Riley to automatically prioritize your insights and allow you to also edit these priorities. As a product leader, I understand the challenge of consistently prioritizing a list of 1,000 insights at scale —especially when incorporating input from various stakeholders.

🎉 Today, we’re excited to announce the release of Customer Impact Score to our community!
With every new project you create, Riley automatically calculates a Customer Impact Score and ranks your insights accordingly. The scores are the numbers under the lightning bolt icon indicating sentiment strength.

Afterwards, you can adjust the scores with your inputs and any other additional knowledge you may have on things like reach, impact, confidence, and implementation effort.

Riley will recalculate and re-prioritize the insights for you!

We’re already seeing researchers and product managers share their Riley projects in large team meetings, collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing leaders to align on priorities together!
